Next projectKobalt Tools is a popular line of “the next generation of tools” introduced in 1998 as a private brand owned by Lowe’s Home Improvement®. According to the 2012 Landor®’s Breakaway Brands® study published by Forbes®, which measures sustained growth in brand strength over a three-year period, Kobalt Tools was selected as a 2012 “Brand to Watch”. Additionally, Lowe’s sponsors the annual Kobalt Tools 400, a well known NASCAR® race.
Skippaz transformed the Kobalt Tools web experience by taking a dysfunctional Flash-based website and developing an engaging, mobile-responsive experience that is visually immersive as well as easily manageable and will soon feature social components. The site is powered by Skippaz’ CMS, a powerfully simple content management system built on open source technologies.
